Once you confirm this user registration Agreement, this agreement is legally binding between you and the Software, which means that you fully agree and accept all the terms of the agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept the agreement (minors should be accompanied by legal guardians to read).
1.After completing all registration steps according to the prompts given on the page, the user becomes the user of the software. The user shall keep the account and password by himself, and use the account and password accurately and safely. The software can be set by users to provide users with personalized information services.
2.Users fully understand and agree that the Software provides users with personalized information services, and users shall be responsible for their actions under the registered account, including any content imported, uploaded and transmitted by users and any consequences arising therefrom. Users shall make their own judgment about the content in the Software and bear all risks caused by the use of the content. The software is not responsible for the loss caused by the user's behavior.
3.The user shall be responsible for the authenticity, legality and validity of the information transmitted on the Software. Any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user himself and has nothing to do with the Software. Any content recorded by users in the Software or transmitted through the Software Services does not reflect the views or policies of the Software, and the Software is not liable for such content.
4.The personal information provided or published by the user is not true, accurate or legal; If the published content does not comply with this Agreement or the published content does not comply with laws and regulations, the Software has the right to suspend or terminate users' use of the Platform. If a user has any objection to the suspension or termination of the software or the withdrawal of his or her account, the customer may put forward his or her opinion to the Platform and request it to continue to provide services. The software will review the relevant information and give feedback to users in time after receiving customer complaints and comments on such information. If the information is truly untrue, inaccurate or invalid, the software platform requires users to provide the information that meets the requirements.
5.In order to avoid data loss of user terminals and better serve users, the software will provide data backup service to registered users. With the authorization of registered users, the software will upload the data stored in the software database of registered user terminals to the software server and provide the service of restoring to the terminal devices.
6.Users shall not use the Software Service to create, upload, copy, publish, disseminate or reprint the following content:
- Opposed to the basic principles established in the Constitution;
- Endangering state security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity;
- Harming the honor and interests of the State;
- Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;
- Sabotaging the state's religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
- Spreading rumors, disturbing social order or undermining social stability;
- Distributing obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crimes;
- Insult or slander another person or infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of another person;
- Other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
7.The Software has the right to review the content published by users. If users violate the usage rules and laws and regulations mentioned in this Article, the Software Platform has the right to require users to immediately correct, correct, restore to the original state and eliminate the impact according to the Tort Liability Law, Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Information Network Transmission and other laws and regulations, depending on the severity of the behavior. The Software reserves the right to take legal, effective and necessary measures (including but not limited to changing or deleting relevant infringing information, suspending or terminating users' use of the network service, etc.), and the Software reserves the right to further investigate users' legal liabilities.
At the same time, the initiator and manager of the forum community section shall fulfill the obligations in accordance with the rights and laws of this Agreement, and restrict (modify or delete the relevant infringing information, suspend the use of) or cancel the management authority of the service provider who violates the legal provisions and agreement and fails to fulfill the responsibilities and obligations in accordance with the agreement, until the account and section are banned or closed.
8.Users are prohibited from deliberately promoting other competitive platforms in any form such as text, voice or pictures; It is also forbidden to publicize the contact information of non-software in the same way. If there is a need for chat, the audience can be informed to use the software for private communication.
9.Some functions of the software will incur information charges. The specific rates shall be subject to the prices published by the telecom operators used by the users, and the costs shall be borne by the users themselves.
10.The services provided by the Software may contain advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by the Software and third-party suppliers and partners during the use of the software. The Software shall not be liable for any disputes between users and third parties arising from the services and products provided by third parties.
11.The Software reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, limit, terminate or revoke all or part of the services provided by its server at any time without any notice due to business development needs.
